Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the PATAS website, demo, hosted API, account, or paid credits, you agree to these terms and the Privacy and Refund policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What PATAS provides

PATAS analyzes authorized, sanitized moderation exports and returns pattern clusters, risk notes, and candidate rules for human review. PATAS does not provide live moderation enforcement, legal advice, or a guarantee that every spam or non-spam item will be identified correctly.

3. Your responsibilities

• Submit only data you own or are authorized to process.
• Sanitize exports and exclude passwords, access tokens, payment data, private URLs, and unrelated personal records.
• Review PATAS findings before applying a rule or enforcement action.
• Keep your email account, session, and API keys secure.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use PATAS to violate law or third-party rights, process data without authority, attack or probe the service, bypass usage limits, distribute malware or spam, or resell access in a misleading or abusive way.

5. Free usage and paid credits

Current limits and prices are shown on the Pricing page and in your account. The current paid offer is a one-time credit pack, not a subscription. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and shows the final amount, currency, and applicable taxes before payment. A completed payment adds the stated audit-job and row credits to the linked account.

6. Availability and changes

PATAS is provided on an as-available basis. We may fix, change, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue parts of the service. We will not retroactively reduce purchased credits without a valid operational, legal, fraud, or refund reason.

7. Open-source software

The hosted service and the open-source PATAS Core are separate offerings. Open-source code is governed by the license in its repository. Hosted account, infrastructure, support, and paid credits are governed by these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PATAS is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free classification. KikuAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, unlawful use, fraud, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using PATAS at any time and may request account-data deletion subject to necessary legal and accounting retention.
